If there's something you want covered in the blog or online just post a response or post it in the Forum.

This site is young and the content thin so far ... give it a chance and do your bit by addiing your ideas. With your help and support we can make this a great resource for everyone.

We want this site to be a community site. It's not our intent to have just a select few members posting to the exclusion of everyone else. It doesn't matter what your level of experience or your country ... if its real estate related you can post it in our Forum.

We're just getting the hang of the new community server so hopefully we'll get the bugs out of it soon. (It's a great tool and we're impressed that it comes complete with our web-hosting service through our sister site at updesk.com ... if you're a real estate pro you may want to consider adding a community site for your clients).

The hardest part of getting the community going is getting people on board, so if you know investors or realtors, invite them to join and contribute.

Above all, lets have fun and keep posts clean.
